*Some items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please read the policy on the description of the item carefully. The Return Policy shown on the item description overrides the 15 day return policy below.

Items are guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all products.

All return requests must first be approved before the item(s) is returned.

Shipping & Handling is not refunded

The customer is responsible for returning the item themselves. If a return is sent by a customer without prior notification and authorization then the package will be refused and returned to sender.
Regarding exchanges, a request may be sent if it is still within the 15 days of the delivery date. The item needs to be still in sell-able condition as the item will be verified before the exchange is shipped. The customer is responsible for returning the item themselves for exchanges. Any exchange request after the first may have an additional charge. , example below:

You may return any unopened Brand New product within 15 days of your product`s shipping date. Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Please note that All returns must have an RMA#. Please contact us for a RMA number before returning the item. Items may be returned only with prior authorization.

All returns/exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Defective Products:
You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
